Men's CrosseTrainer Wraps
There are certain fundamental ways to handle a lacrosse stick that maximize the effectiveness when executing a lacrosse maneuvers. The CrosseTrainer is divided into four zones indicated by color. When wrapped around the stick these colors correspond to various hand positions. Picking up a ground ball, for instance, requires a player to place one hand at the bottom of the stick and one hand near the head. A coach or parent needs only to call out black and grey sections.
